Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the transportation process.
To return a purchase, print out our returns form, fill it in and ship it with the goods to initiate the return. No printer? No problem! Please include a handwritten note in your return parcel stating the details of your return. Ensure the items are in the original packaging. We suggest using a registered eParcel through Australia Post.

Body Jewellery Returns
Please be advised that all body jewellery purchases are non-refundable. We prioritise your well-being and want to ensure that every item you receive is brand new, untouched, and free from any potential contamination.
The following items are non-refundable under this category:
- Nose piercings.
- Earrings.
- Belly piercings.
- Toe rings.
Change of Mind Returns
For change of mind returns, any shipping costs charged on the original order will not be refunded to the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are at the expense of the purchaser unless the item is deemed faulty. In the case of a faulty item, please contact our team via phone or email: customerservice@iceonline.com.au
Ring Size Exchange
Please note that we allow only one ring size exchange, so it's important to be confident in your chosen ring size before initiating the exchange process. To assist you in this, please consult our Online Ring Size Chart.
